I'm a consulting geologist for a small company in the Denver area. I study problems related to active tectonics, using geomorphology, structural geology and remote sensing.
I think this one summarizes the sentiment of the PhD student: argh...let me finish, let me finish or I will trudge through your fields wearing a ridiculous monster outfit and scream out a scary growl. Your missiles are nothing in comparison to my thousands of hours of pouring over geology...rrrrgh! Perhaps if more PhD students ran around campus growling and screaming they would let us graduate! or they'd just think we had rabies...
